Course Description:

This course is designed to highlight the key elements for creating stimulating and functional workspaces.

Why design regenerative work environments?

Scientific research shows that workers are more efficient, cooperative, altruistic, and satisfied when the work environment prevents cognitive fatigue, psycho-physiological stress, and promotes overall well-being. The physical environment’s characteristics can significantly influence job satisfaction, performance, and the overall well-being of workers.

This course demonstrates how, through a design approach based on the principles of Environmental Psychology, it is possible to create regenerative workspaces that meet workers’ needs, increasing satisfaction and retention.

This 9-hour course, distributed over 3 days, provides an intimate learning environment with the option to participate remotely via internet connection.
