Chiara Marchetti
I hold a degree in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano with honors, a Master’s in Architecture and Landscape Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology, Padua.
I am a teacher, interior and biophilic designer, and founding member of AIPAA, the Italian Association for Environmental and Architectural Psychology, contributing to this field in various ways.
I am a researcher at GREEN (Groupe de Recherche en Education à l’Environnement et à la Nature) – University of Val d’Aosta, and I teach in the First-Level Master’s in “Biophilic Design: Designing Spaces for Well-being Inspired by the Wisdom of Nature.”
In 2014, I participated in the Fuorisalone with the LEGAMI bed for Slow Wood, a dismountable wooden piece exploring the theme of young nomads. In 2003, my graduation thesis project, Play Flat, a modular system for kindergartens, was partially produced by Dimensione Comunità .
I work and collaborate with engineering and architecture firms in the Franciacorta region.
