I studied architecture at the Iuav University of Venice, where I coordinated the Master’s in Sustainable Construction Processes from 2010 to 2014.
I worked between Rome and Beijing and in 2015 I founded Poplab, an award-winning digital fabrication startup, focusing on digital manufacturing and 3D printing for production, ranging from objects to façade components.
From 2019 to 2022, I co-directed with John Volpato the T.E.A.M. (Time Enhanced Architectural Modeling) research project on architecture and virtual reality.
Today, I am co-founder, president, and head of service design at Ultra, a multidisciplinary studio based in Milan that collaborates with brands and institutions, translating their distinctive values into virtual worlds.
I am a lecturer for universities and private institutions and coordinate the MAED – Master in Advanced Exhibition Design – at the Scuola Italiana Design.
My research has always focused on imagining solutions to optimize the relationship between people, space (both physical and virtual), and new technologies, applying a Human-Centered Design approach.
